One thing is to put it up on cable TV another is to have people tune in and watch. My candid suggestion is to whoever was in a hurry to brag about RSTV being on GOtv should have first try to create contents that will attract viewers and also have it run as a 24hr television channel on terrestial base before putting it up on GOTV.
If you do ask me I think this is just another waste of government funds spent without due consultation. The people working at RSTV are civil servants who are not different from any other state workers and it will definitely breed same result.
Let's not be in a hurry to have our voice heard that we open our mouth without a prepared speech. I would rather we create content and have people hunger to have us on cable than paying all that money for cable TV only to close at night and resume in the money like we are still a terrestial TV
